The Many Forms of Pasta, 11/12 - 6:00-7:30pm

This is not your ordinary pasta class.   Join Tastebudsct as we explore the many forms, textures and styles of one of our "favorite migrated foods" from our friends across the pond-Italy.  This class will aim to create some new and classic pastas that will arm you for your weekly dinners. 

Catherine Macdonald is the owner and founder of Tastebudsct which is a private culinary adventure company which specializes in culinary experience, ranging from demos, cooking classes, camps, and individual experiences. These classes and demonstrations showcase seasonal and thematic cuisine based on the clients’ needs. Chef Catherine is also the founder of a Monthly Culinary Group (Cookbook and Cocktails-which has been featured in Fairfield monthly magazines), and services the community as a private chef and event specialist.
