What could be more delightful than a trip to France to indulge in spring's gifts to Provence. Join Tastebudsct as we travel to Provence in our kitchen, by exploring the many traditional dishes enjoyed in the region.

Catherine Macdonald is the owner and founder of Tastebudsct which is a private culinary adventure company which specializes in culinary experience, ranging from demos, cooking classes, camps, and individual experiences.   These classes and demonstrations showcase seasonal and thematic cuisine based on the clients’ needs. Chef Catherine is also the founder of a Monthly Culinary Group (Cookbook and Cocktails-which has been featured in Fairfield monthly magazines), and services the community as a private chef and event specialist. Come and join her this Spring for awesome cooking classes!
