Join Tastebudsct as we capture the flavors of a variety of citrus types and create tantalizing culinary creations.  In this class, we will venture to explore both the sweet and savory side of citrus for your table.  We will cook, bake and marinate together.

Catherine Macdonald is the owner and founder of Tastebudsct which is a private culinary adventure company which specializes in culinary experience, ranging from demos, cooking classes, camps, and individual experiences.   These classes and demonstrations showcase seasonal and thematic cuisine based on the clients’ needs. Chef Catherine is also the founder of a Monthly Culinary Group (Cookbook and Cocktails-which has been featured in Fairfield monthly magazines), and services the community as a private chef and event specialist.
